Ingredients:
- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions:
Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides for easy removal
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter
Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the chocolate and butter are completely melted and the mixture is smooth
Stir in the vanilla extract, chopped pecans, and graham cracker crumbs
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is set
Once set, use the parchment paper overhangs to lift the fudge out of the pan
Cut the fudge into small squares
