This Champagne-infused shrimp salad is a refreshing and elegant dish perfect for a light lunch or dinner. The fruity flavors complement the succulent shrimp, creating a delightful harmony of tastes.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Champagne or sparkling wine
- 1 cup mixed fruits such as mango, pineapple, strawberries
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mixed greens for serving
Instructions:
Pour Champagne into a bowl and let the shrimp sit in it for 30 minutes
The fruits, onion, cilantro, and avocado should be ready while the meat is marinating
Set the pan on medium-high heat
